Vissa TV is showing Sandhya Broadcasting and Publications logo at the bottom! Googled about company and couldn't find any info. Just a YouTube link from Raj News Telugu showed up about inauguration ceremony of the company a week back.

A deal happened between Raj Television Private Limited and Chitneni Media Private Limited. Chitneni Media Private Limited acquired broadcasting rights of Vissa Tv, Raj News Telugu and Raj Musix Telugu.

The channel mentioned in the screenshot is not the official YouTube channel anymore. It stopped uploading news clips 3 months back!

Even the Malayalam channels were taken over by Hippo Prime Media network. They launched their news channel with a bang. Now there is no news bulletin at all. Only interviews are telecasting. Hope Telugu channel won't face this fate.
