Saraswatichandra is an upcoming Indian soap opera which will start airing on Star Plus channel from 18 Feb 2013,direct by Bollywood's acclaimed Director and ace producer of the big screen, Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The story of show will be based on the famous Gujarati novel Saraswatichandra written by Govardhanram Tripathi.This famous novel was also made into an award winning film which had yesteryear actors, Manish and Nutan. Saraswatichandra show will shot in both India and Dubai. Sanjay Leela Bhansali feature Jennifer Winget and Gautam Rode playing the leads in SaraswatiChandra.

Bollywood's acclaimed director Sanjay Leela Bhansali making an entry in the Television world with Saraswatichandra will be air on star plus.Saraswatichandra which is again a cute romantic show on star plus by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The show is based on a middle cast Gujarati family and highlights the story of three sisters.

filmmaker of Bollywood, who has enthralled the masses with films like Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Black and Devdas, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is now set to cast his magic on small screen with his mega project Saraswatichandra.

The show is to be aired on Star Plus at the 7:30pm slot from February 25, 2013. Promos of the show have already hit the tube and they are indeed grand ones. The show features Monica Bedi, Jennifer Winget and Gautam Rode in lead roles. Latest buzz states that the director is willing to launch the show on the love filled day of February 14, i.e. Valentine Day. And the biggest surprise for all is that two of Bollywood’s prominent actresses are supposed to grace the event.
