In My Area Cable tv operator is providing SCV Signal Only, Monthly Setup box Rent of Rs 10/Per month+Monthly Subscrption, Activation Charges Rs 200 One time nonrefundable
 
TACTV (Arasu cable ) , Best when comparing SCV , Signal Quality now good in TACTV , After HD Launch they need to change amp in all area , we r getting 1080p Dolby Effect with effective cost.
