Seeking Help Set top box not working

My set top box is not working since yesterday.it only shows blank screen.it shows green light but nothing happend.

Today dishtv changed my faulty set top box.they gave me d6000hd box, my old box was d6005,whats difference between them

They gave me D6000 box.since they new installed stb it starts hanging. Pls help regarding this. I want replace this stb
