Signal problem in Eutelsat 70B

Hello Delhi trackers, I am facing a strange trouble in Eutelsat 70b Central asia beam (11255V/4832) KTR, Muzica etc. The signal is fluctuating from 0 to 64% in solid box & the picture comes a little bit. Last year when there were some channels in this beam the signal was upto 70%. If anyone in Delhi getting plz confirm. :-/
