Signal problem...???

When i use to surf net on mobile or calling then the signal of few channels goes and comes. It doesnt work properly. Like tp of hd channels and star plus etc. any solution

Kindly use your mobile at a safe distance from your set box.....
Even I faced same signal issue on some channels like star NGC etc when I charged my mobile near setup box...
