Suriya's Singam 2 along with Anushka is all set to hit screens on July 5 across the world. The film, which is a sequel to the hit film Singam, is directed by Hari.
The Telugu version of the film will be called Yamudu2 and the producer of the version, S Lakshman Kumar is planning to launch the music of the film on a grand scale on June 23. Devi Sri Prasad, who scored the music for the original has scored the music for this film as well.
The producer was reportedly quoted saying, "We are confident that Singam will become a blockbuster like Yamudu did the business in Andhra Pradesh earlier."
