DTH updates Sirappana Offer For Existing Customers with available Balance in Account

Bro,
If you are existing customer in Sirappana Offer pack of Dish tv with balance available but due date expires and want to continue in the same pack
Follow the below process since Customer care is telling to recharge again or have to take monthly pack even though you are having enough balance (more than 2199)
Ex:For 12 months - Rs.2199.
This offer they are not able to view for our VC Number.
So,delete any addons / broadcaster bouquets/alacarte channels taken currently.
Then select 12 months offer /6 months offer in make my plan and submit . Now your due date will be extended by a year and Rs.2199 got deducted from the account.

So,now you can add any addons/broadcaster bouquets/alacarte channels if you have remaining balance.
Note : Dont try to proceed with yearly pack if you have any of the above since we are getting only Token Number but not getting reflected.
Mod: Since this will be useful to existing dish tv members created separate thread. Kindly move to General discussion thread if not required.
