Small Help(How to recharge )

I am nee to this community
Am using sun direct since 1 year and my account going to expire march 5 th
And when i was trying yo contact CC frm 3 days, not connecting even once always getting Busy tone

I have tried to add one base pack and 154 rs added
Then i have selected 5 channels and amount was debited fro
Base pack and when i was trying to proceed further again its showing " please select base pack"

Do i need to recharge again one base pack i mean(need to add again)


Please dont delete thos thread for few days

And i thing this is one of the worst customer care service peovider
 
What's your current plan is showing in websites? Are the 5 channels which you added is able to view?

As far I know changing packs in sun direct in middle of existing packs will fix only through customer care

Its irritating and not able to contact CC.

Want to shift to another service anyway sun direct quality and cs is poor

But anyone try to help me out regarding this as i need to watch ind aus matches

They are nt lifting the phone

It is good to contact nearest customer care centre.if you have any in your a/c then can charge by sun app or web.if you already paid amount then check your account whether it is paid or not.
