Smart card error on videocond2h

im getting an error msg saying invalid smart card on videocon stb 2222 anybody know the reason?

card is inside im using the white colour HD STB

take out the card and put it in again

The new white color boxes are having inbuilt smart cards.. You should contact Videocon D2H only since we cannot remove the card..

There is a sim inside if that has lost contact with the sim tray this might happen there is no way that the card or sim could get corrupted The box might have fell down or there must have been a reason for the gum gripping the sim to lose grip Pls check that
