First I Call CC They Said Stock Out.
They Note My Request When It Available They Will Call Me. Than I Check On Web Site I See This Message.

Yes, Its true.
I received dongle after 1 month. I escalated to d2h 8 times over the mail but no responce.
Finaly, I escalated to nodal officer and I received it last week.
