Software Downloading Issue

Hi,

I am using Tata sky HD STB.
When I am checking the stb system details I found.

[font=Verdana, Arial, Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]What does it really means.? Is it normal or some problem is there.[/font]

Should i wait for automatically software update or go with manual update

Wait for automatic update,manual update may create problem  :k

i am also getting same error also i tried to update by pressing back twice and 2465 when set is just starting up. Nothing is happening after that. Should i try master reset or i should wait?

Normally for much Maximum time, software download remains idle?

Don't know max time but mine box showed idle status atleast for 3-4days and finally it updated yesterday, so I recommend better to wait for automatic update :tup
