my stb is off from last 2 years so today I recharge my account but channels not work because my stb has old software in which no my account option download id is 17 please anyone help stb model 1011R

yes I do channels work but no audio on some channels

cc dosent know about the software but they can log a complaint the sent a engineer as soon as possible

this is ur box problem call the cc and complaint ur box will be replaced by the one box rs 420 will be charged
