Update: According to Solid Website - 150 cm model is for 5 feet dish, so this is actually 5 feet dish. Pictures have been posted in first post.

COD is not available, because I'm not a businessman or retailer. I bought this at Rs 3400/- from local retailer (who ordered from somewhere else). Giving it away at only Rs 2000/- i.e. at Rs 1400/- less.
