Solid type prime focus dish antenna 8 feet

Dear friends i bought a second hand 8 foot dish antenna.After installation signal yeild is same as 6 foot dish .Then i made a mirror test now i came to conclusion dish is out focused.Is there any way to correct reflection focus to beter signal yeild.

Using the mirror pieces method itself, locate the portion of your antenna which has got damage to reflect out of focus. Then try repairing that damage locally so as to bring the reflection to the focal point itself. All the best.
