That I am not sure of. Basically bro, one regional pack is free with all subscription packs. But over and above one regional pack it is chargeable. I don't know whether they have changed this strategy. I shall inquire from CC. :shy

I thought Adithya bro constantly voting on dth of the month poll for rdtv every month here .. So rdtv in respect of that they released topup in name of adithya bro Dhehe:tup ..
