ADTV customer care doesn't have any prior knowledge about the channel additions,they even do not have the knowledge of the channel for 1 or 2 days after the channel has been added,Can't trust them
Might be they are just making a guess,Yesterday I asked the Airtel Nodal Officer about the MAX HD addition and she said they don't have any idea about it till now
