Seeking Help Sony ten 2 not available,eventhough i activated it

2 days ago,i subscribed to sony ten 2 via missed call and got confirmatory sms,but the problem is the channel is not available even now.I have called them on different number, everything is unvailabel.Mails getting no response,i even sent sms for refresh in 2 numbers, nothing works.How can i watch sony ten 2.
