Sound Problem!

I can't reduce the volume of:hd channels which supports Dolby Digital by using STB's remote:angry:angry:angry:angry:angry:angry:angry:angry.But volume can be reduced when it is changed to stereo option.
My :hd STB model No:3333 RF
