In line with its recently announced growthstrategy of launching new channels over the next 12 months, Shri Adhikari Brothers has launched their fifth channel Dillagi, India’s first LC1 Channel on 23rd Feb 2015.
Dillagi aims torevolutionize the television space by being the first channel in national language catering to LC1 regions which caters to large Indian population base across all age groups.
On the occasion of launch, Manav Dhanda, who is heading the group stated, “The channel will be available on Free Dish, Dish TV and will be well penetrated with other MSOs in LC1 towns & villages across India. Seven out of every ten Indians live in towns and villages. Asli India lives these LC1 & Villages. Now be it a place Mandvi , a small town in Gujarat , or Auriya in UP to Sironj in MP, they all will have their own channelDillagi. A channel that truly stands by its tagline -Channel Asli India ka”.
The USP ofDillagi a Hindi GECis that its daily programming is catered around these Indians, viewer’s tastes with a mix of variety of shows & movies that keeps viewers glued to their TV screen.
“The programming which is targeted towards wholesome entertainment for the entire family will touch a cord with the audience in LC1 markets.
