Star Sports HD1 coming on lcn 402 and 404

Star Sports HD1 coming on lcn 402 and 404 on my set top box, no Star Sports HD2.

Is anybody else facing the same issue also, please reply as to how to resolve it.

Called cc and they are saying it's not from their end.

Please reply ASAP.

Now Star Sports HD 1 picture is frozen and no audio on it (on both LCN)...

Is this happening only in D2H or in other DTH as well?
