There are 2 reason behind star utsav 2 not participating in this e-auction
1. The one slot that is empty is Mpeg 4. And if any big channel is launched it will be only in MPEG-2.
2. Only one slot is empty. And if Star Network wants to participate then at least 4 slots must be vacant. Star Utsav 2 can not come alone, Zee-Sony and Viacom will also come along with it. They goes together and comes together. May god keep them like this.
