steps for all customer who r facing freezing or staggering movement in picture

change the resolution to 1080i 50 hz by pressing menu,going to setup otion and then entering tv installation and then tv sttings in ur d2h stb , u will get smooth video
 
mods make this thread stick as many face this problem and it will b easy for them to find the solution when they face the issue
 
1080i 50 also I facing following issues...
1. Mosaic loads in two attempts, go back and come again, then it loads.
2. If I have pressed info button, it does not go away automatically, I need to press back button.
3. one out of ten times, when I move to next channel, EPG changes, but channel remains same. Then when I press next channel, it skips and reaches to third channel.

Any solution to this?
 
mods plaz make this a sticky thread as this is important info which many people do not know
