Strange (Excellent) - Package System In My Dish TruHD+

Friends,

I Bought Dish TruHD On 2011 And Was Using Till Aug-2012, Then Bought Videocon D2H HD,

Later Converted My Dish TruHD To FTA Pack And Using Till Last Month,

Last Month Again Made Request To CC And Changed My Pack To HD Pack,

Now What Happening, Once Subscription Got Over My Package Changes Automatically To FTA Pack, After Make Recharge It's Automatically Changes To HD Pack.

Dealer Says This Kind Of System Is Not Available For Any User

Really Don't Know How It's Happening,,,,,,,,,,,,

Fta packs are available for a period of 3 years once u activated it.during this period u can switch to any pack by recharging ur account. When ur account doesn't have any balance u automatically switches to fta pack again.
