Discussion Strange problem on tatasky portal for DD news HD

i tried to watch DD news HD channel 501 but there is no option to add the HD feed. Chatted with customer care they just asked me to add DD news SD. There is no option to add the HD feed in channel selection tool.

Also gave them feedback to add DD national HD as well, anybody else facing the same issue?

Both DD News HD and SD are available to subscribe online

I can find it under Channels list on Tata Sky mobile app -> manage packs.

No difference in portal & app package modifications
Can you post ss by typing dd news in channel search bar
