Suddenly My Tatasky HD Plus Stopped working after 5 Years

After 5 years my HD DVR stopped working

Tried for long time , Alert and standby LEDs were on. Powered off the mains many times and reconnected the cables.

Got signal in the TV after sometime. But strange LED notification in the box.

Not able to record anything. Showing Hard disk error

Pls confirm if they have replaced your TS HD Plus box with TS HD Transfer box?

No ... It's same TS HD PVR. Not transfer box. It's a replacement box and not new one

₹700 + ₹ 200 service charge of you are Mega pack customer then ₹700 only

Hard disk problem . u HV remove to remove connection of hard disk from set top box..
