I came across a detailed article written by a person who seems to have been involved in the Sundirectgo UX design process. According to this article, the original plan was to include options for non Sun Direct customers to be able to login to the app and buy OTT subscription packs. I'm not sure how they are going to proceed now.

" Non-Sun DTH Customers: The app will also cater to non-Sun DTH customers by providing Deep Linking OTT Apps during their initial launch. However, these users will require a separate login approach to accommodate their unique circumstances. "

Here is Whole Details of Upcoming Sun Direct Go. Along with Sun Direct User , Non Sun Direct User also Can login to Sun Direct Go with Selecting the Pack. Also Non Sun Direct Customer can Book New Sun Direct Connection through the Sun Direct Go.
Customer with Multiple Connection with same Registered Phone number can Register both Connection differently by Selecting the SMC while Registering the Account.

Personally, I don't think SunDirectGo OTT plan is worth the hype. Major OTT Platforms like Prime Video, Aha and other OTTs like Discovery+, Lionsgate Play are not available.Leave alone Netflix,for the obvious cost related reasons. But, JioCinema pack could have been offered. For Monthly subscription of Rs.249, curated apps pack of SunDirectGo is somewhat inferior to Tata Play Binge and OTT Play. Hope Sun Direct Go will consider it in future, only if it wants to sustain in this domain for much longer...
