Discussion Sun NXT Subscription with Sun Direct is not working

Last week i renewed gold pack for 6 months after renewal my sun nxt not working i send the mail to sun nxt cc they replied promotional offer to sun dth users is cancelled.Anyone kindly check and reply.

First they restricted the free Sun NXT subscription (for Sun Direct users with 6 month or above packs) only to mobile devices (Earlier it was accessible on Android TVs too). And now it looks like they have stopped it altogether.

In that case, wouldn't all of Sun NXT's contents be still accessible from inside of the Sun Direct Go app? (For eligible Sun Direct packs). If that is true, then @Rameshj could probably sign up for Sun Direct Go & continue accessing Sun NXT's contents from inside of that app. I'm pretty sure that the 6 Month Gold Pack would be eligible for free access to Sun Direct Go, right?

Yes I sign in Sun Direct Go app movies not accessible only Live channels can view
