Chennai : After successful completion of about 1250 Episodes of the Mega Serial ILAVARASI on November 1st 2014, in the afternoon slot 1.30 pm, Sun TV’s loyal audience can now treat themselves to continued entertainment through the new fiction show titled "Thamarai" on the same time band.
The storyline deals with the emotions, dilemma, conflicts every middle class household has and as a result, the friction arising within the relationship. The backdrop has a unique concept that has never been attempted in any other daily serial.
The writer is confident in saying that every individual viewing this serial would feel the resemblance to the incidents in their daily lives. It is always said that Parents are soft hearted and children are hard. This serial would project a different view.
Under the guidance of Mrs. Radikaa Sarathkumar, the Head of Creatives of Radaan media works, the writer and the director has focused on several nuances of the story. The serial deals with various emotional conflicts and lots of twists and turns making it more interesting to watch, say the producers.
‘Thamarai’ commencing on 3rd November will be aired on every Monday to Saturday. Thamarai's star cast includes popular cine star Nirosha and Neelima Rani and in support they have other leading television stars like Aswin, sailatha, T.V.Varadharajan, L.Raja, Papitha,Sai Prashanth, MJ Sriram, Swapna, Sambhavi, Sahana Sridhar and Rani, Jeyram
The Story and screenplay was penned by Devibala and dialogues written by Prasanna. M.K. Arunthavaraja directs the show with Camera being handle by Vikraman.
The Production house has changed the title of the show from "Raasi" to "Thamarai" for unknown reasons and tvnews4u.com reported the development earlier with its preliminary title "Raasi"
