In week 24 (May 7 – 13, 2015), TAM data in the English News channel universe saw Times Now continue to lead the genre.
According to TAM data for All India without LC1 markets targeting individual CS4+, showed Times Now grow in terms of GVTs this week to 3 million GVTs from 2 million GVTs in week 23. In terms of GRPs however its ratings increased marginally to 0.95 GRPs this week from 0.58 GRPs last week.
CNN IBN saw a decline in ratings this week. In week 24 its GRPs declined to 0.32 GRPs from 0.39 GRPs last week. While in GVTs it declined to 1.17 million GVTs in week 24 from 1.33 million GVTs in week 23.
India Today, too, saw a loss in ratings this week. In GRPs it recorded 0.16 GRPs which was down from last week’s ratings of 0.35 GRPs.
