Hi everyone,

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with Tata Play. Despite repeatedly requesting the deactivation of Netflix service, they continue to deduct charges from my account. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Any advice on resolving this problem or obtaining a refund would be greatly appreciated.

Also, After deactivating the Netflix service through their platform, I expected to receive a confirmation SMS on my mobile. However, I have not received any such confirmation.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? It's quite frustrating not to receive a confirmation message after taking the necessary steps to deactivate a service. I'd appreciate hearing your thoughts and if anyone has found a solution to this issue.
