Why I am a binge user but they Have deducted ₹1 from my account but still Channel has not been activated. On channel 131 it is showing Tata play Music but on 100 it is showing Tata play fitness in ₹1
When I complaint to Customer care they have assigned a technician visit for my bing STB tomorrow . In my app it is showing Tata play Music is active but is not available on Binge box.

Yes but Customer Service is unware of this. On 100 channel it ia showing Tata play fitness for binge user as Jingala offer but it Binge user cannot access today's jingalala offer.
