Hera SD STB: (16xx) and Kaon HD STB: (65xx)

Hera SD STB Release No: 1.0.3.002

Kaon HD STB Release No: 1.1.B.001

Changelog:

Change Transponder to Tx15,
STB based dunning feature,
Add All-HD Genre under HD in Guide,
Add Sub ID in Guide and SNS Banner

Note: CC says this update will increase PQ of channels
