tata sky dish set up

hi everyone,

i live in hanoi, vietnam. i am trying to set up tata sky dish. i am getting 100% signal strength (signal level 255) but 0 signal quality. Can you please tell me why and what should i do to set it right?

Yes i have tata sky stb and the entire package of tata sky which i brought from india. i get 100% signal.

i tried to adjust my LNB but no success. but i have question. can the tata sky stb receive signals just from insat 4a KU band or also it can show signals from C band as well? i am just wondering the 100% signal i receive could be from c band (may be i am stupid). need your clarifications friends. thanks

i have a quick question mate, what is the dish size you are using? is it ku band or c band?
