“Tata Sky Everywhere TV First Month Free Offer” (“Offer”) is a promotional scheme which is being offered on Tata Sky Ltd. (“Tata Sky”) from 28th February, 2014, wherein a Tata Sky subscriber (“You” / “Your”), having an Active Account Status will be made available “Everywhere TV” (“Pack") free for the first month per device for a period of 30 days from the date of activation.
You may avail the Offer by subscribing to the Pack free for the first month per device on or after 28th February, 2014, followed by a payment of a regular Admin Fee of INR 60 per month per device or as may be decided by Tata Sky in its sole discretion from time to time, till you continue to subscribe to the Pack. Such applicable Admin Fee shall be deducted from your Tata Sky DTH subscription account in advance.
