Seeking Help Tata Sky Missing Pack

On TRAI channel selector application Turner Family HD Plus Pack is available which gives 6 channels at 12.5 but on Tata Sky app there is no such Broadcater pack available. See images for clarification.

Something must be wrong with their system. Your problem is very similar to mine. I have contacted CC and they completely deny this. Infact they rudely told me "Then Go and Complaint to TRAI"

And TRAI says that it doesn't handle individual complaint their is no way to contact TRAI at all

They're not having Jeet Prime HD on their platform that's why they're not showing it in the bouquet.
