First you can upgrade to PVR box by changing Mobile number.
Once upgraded then you can change address by Submitting NOC.

Bro's for address & mobile change, Cc will update, just told i had shifting my connection,want update address in tataplay profile, no need noc,but ur connection should in active status,for name change only noc need

Please note without change mobile no & address, they will not accept ur upgrade request
