Tata Sky services down due to signal problem

I am using Tata Sky DTH from last 6 years. My tata sky services are down since Tuesday due to singal settings problem. But said problem is not resolved yet by them irrespecive of our continuous follow up with customer care. This seems a serious service issue.:

Plz specify the exact signal setting problem if possible along with snapshot.
Have you informed cc/CEO about the problem?
What response did you get from technician?
