DD Education. Never heard of this channel. I think Tata Sky will be the first dth to carry this channel. Congrats TS users. My guess it's similar to DD Gyandarshan 1.

Why not available in FreeDish?

It is available in DDFD. Pay DTHs are only adding the compulsory 3 MHRD channels but DDFD is already having all 32 MHRD channels.
