Before
(30000*2)*(7/8*188/204) = 48.38 Mbit/s
Now
(32000*2)*(7/8*188/204) = 51.6 Mbit/s

Bandwidth
Before
30000*1.35 = 40.5 Mhz
Now
32000*1.35 = 43.2 Mhz
