TataSky have listed various combo offers on this link.

Navigation:
Tata Sky DTH cost, Digital TV, DTH India price then click on T&C.

Combo offers are mainly about buying DTH connection along with annual subscription e.g. TataSky HD connection (set top box / kit + installation / activation) + 12 month Supreme Sports Kids Pack costs Rs. 4,700.

But these combo offers are not available at nearby retail / shop or for online purchase. Shops are totally unaware about these. Shops are selling only DTH connection with first 1 or 2 month free subscription. They inform to buy annual pack after free subscription has ended.

So, how exactly do u purchase these combo offers? Even TataSky.com website does not have this facility to buy annual subscription with connection.

Thanks. Can you provide the link for online purchase of DTH with annual pack? I couldn't find it.
Basically, i'm buying TataSky for my parents at native place (I've no immediate plans of visiting my native place) hence want to complete payment online so that my folks don't have to pay anything to installation guy.

Here is the solution –
I gave missed call on 076792 76792. This number is advertised on website. TataSky CC called me up immediately. I inquired about this combo offer.
He said combo offers are available for purchasing only though helpline. It requires credit card. Debit card is NOT accepted.

Combo offer 3 – HD STB with annual supreme sports kids pack – will cost Rs. 4,575.00. This price was less than Rs. 4,700 advertised on website. I agreed. One sweet deal was – I will not be charged extra if cable required is more than 10 meters.

Then CC took my details (mobile number, address, free regional pack requirement). Even for credit card transactions, one time password – OTP – is required. CC gave me SMS format & SMS number for obtaining OTP. I sent SMS & received OTP via SMS.
After obtaining OTP, he connected me to Bank help line where I inputted card details & OTP. Bank helpline confirmed that they’ve received the payment.

Then CC informed me transaction number, subscriber ID, installation work order number. I also received SMS with these details. That’s it. Next day, connection was installed (25 mtr cable – no charges) & activated immediately. Zero payment to installer!

So for Rs. 4,575, I got HD connection + annual supreme sports kids pack subscription + 2 months HD access fee + 3 showcase movies (1 of the showcase movie to be used within a week).

I hope this will be helpful for others.
