I am in tatasky hd family.brought new connection from my cousin brother .he is dealer .he sent the new HUMAX HEVC T52 STB+ RT Inverto LNB.the stb is Lan Port,optical, Lan Port is working fine.i have no HT.picture is awesome.audio is great.i opt south platinum HD for 1 year.connection price 2300-00.awaiting his total amount.

If he sent Technicolor instead of Humax then it will be better because Humax is produce low pictures & sounds quality due to bug's.

Ur lucky to get the new lnb. BTW, u have only 1 connection , how they gave quad port lnb ?

Also could u pls post signal levels (SS, SQ) of ch, 2031, CH. 2032, CH. 100

Go the channels I mentioned above, then press settings => System Settings => Signal Test

I have type of connection also. I purchaged from Tata Sky Website in March.
Picture Sound is very superb.
