TCCL More Information Needed

Dear Friends,

My LCO has decided finally to move from Arasu Cable to TCCL. He has assured me that it will take place by Nov 1st week.

As I m getting braced up, I have few doubts

1. I searched various threads in dreamdth, but was not able to get any package more than 185 rs pack.
Kindly share the details if anyone have.
2. My LCO told that they will get advance for HD box. The total cost of HD Will be around 3000 n One with more features will be 5000. Anyone kindly confirm the same.
3. Also how is the clarity compared to Arasu n SCV.?
4. Any details on HD packs n launch date of HD services?

Apologies if this s a duplicate thread. But I needed clarification on above doubts, so that I can think of investing in STB.

Note: I m also using ADTV HD DVR. Thinking of changing to TCCL HD If I get more channels @ reasonable price as ADTV N other DTHs are becoming more expensive.

2.Two 210 rupees are there. one is Digital home desi with more hindi channels ,with 6 sports channels with few english movie channels.
next pack is Digital home pro which has all the 13 sports channels with all english movie channels n less hindi channels basically for south viewers
3.Top pack of TCCL costs 310 rs inclusive of taxes. which has all the channels .like all regional channels,all sports channels,all english entertainment and english movie channels.
4.As far HD channels are concerned they have 3 hd channels like star movies,discovery n NGC.
5.No details about the hd packs as of now..only heard HD stb is around 3k
6. Regarding clarity its good ..but not like DTH quality..wen compared to my tatasky connection.

By chance you have the list of latest package details? Cos I was able to find one in our forum is which quite old.

Also can you share pics & if you can suggest me more about HD channels by getting information from your LCO.

I am seriously considering move to TCCL.

till now tccl not launched HD box. they have mtunes and angel TV HD only in testing.just go through their website for packages.now no information's in their website because of some maintenance.wait and see their site.

about HD no package details are known..
In my opinion if u want watch HD ..best is dish tv hd or airtel hd
both of which comes around basepack +hd pack around 400.

about HD no package details are known..
In my opinion if u want watch HD ..best is dish tv hd or airtel hd

I am already using ADTV HD DVR. But the package costs are keep on getting increased. Now I almost pay 650+. Also I need international News Channels, which are only being offered in cable services.
Now I am using Arasu for the International News Channels. The issue is my LCO is moving out of that & will be joining TCCL in another 20 days. So I am thinking of investing in their HD services, rather than to use 2 different service providers.

dish tv has all the international news channels ..like france 24,cctv news,russia today,nhk world and australia plus..just today had a talk with the cable guy in his view it will take 4 or 5 months for tccl to get hd services fully started
