Again Tatasky signed deal with a new carriage channel but it'll be delayed again for the addition.

Its other way around.Most Probably new channels decide a strategy to get placed on which DTH operators. This does not mean they have signed the deal.In this case they may have decided to get placed on Dishtv and Tata Sky and so coming soon. The channel will make way on both of them after they sign the deal with both Tata Sky and Dishtv.If any hitch happens in between for whatsoever reasons , the channel addition gets delayed
