Ten sports not coming in my south sports spl pack..

In my south sports spl pack , ten sports is not coming. I asked TS CC some people there saying fault is in my DTH set top box. All other channels are working fine. I did master reset as TS CC said but no ten sports.

can anyone help me ?? :'(

Try doing a service refresh by sending SMS - SR to 56633 from registered mobile.

Bro please change base pack to Dhamal Mix pack and again change to your old basepack then your problem will change..
