we know that Asiasat7 is working as Thaicom 6A (interim sat) on 78.5E. its ku beam signal is available on 60 cm dish over south india. i dont know about north. but Thaicom 6 official footprint doesn't cover india. after Thaicom 6 launch ,will we loose signal on 60 cm dish?

I dont think so, as currently 6A footprints are the same as the soon to be launched Thaicom6.

So, u'll continue to recv the satellite. As already, officially the footprints dont cover India, its only the fringe signals... that are catchable in the south. :k

New footprints show, that Thaicom 6 will have slightly better coverage, for North-east India. :)
