Times NOW not available in south gold pack

I see that times now is not available in south gold pack from today morning. Any other member in this pack can confirm it.

I have one more question. I had opted for 3 months long term recharge of new south gold and the validity expires end of this month, they say "price protection" for long term recharges, on the same lines "channel protection" should also be there.
They just cant remove off a channel before the long term validity of the pack expires.

There was also NO advisory running for "times now" yesterday if i am not wrong.

Times Now is not coming in my South Silver Sports Pack Too.:-/
They seem to be on a scamming mission.

So what they are basically saying is even though you have opted for "long term recharge", there is no guarantee that all the channels will be there for the whole period, sort of a lottery it is now.

I have also just sent a email to customer care, lets see what their reply will be. They are starting to choose the wrong road to success!!!!

So This is basically showing something and selling something. Show 270 channels and and then gradually remove everything and leave only DD Channels. I will not be wondered if they come up with SD Access Fee. This is a large scale corporate scam.
