yes friend it is a fta russian channel.in mpeg 2.

ABS 1 South Beam is available in Maharashtra and Parts of South India........ TNT 3 in North Beam of ABS 1, which has its footprint upto North western India, central India, and North East India... Maximum Russian channels in North beam of ABS 1

Bhai 12704 V & 12732 V dont have footprint in Maharashtra its for North India. The channel not for available for South Asia. I didnt found for Maharashtra.
