Is that mean Zee Group has to sell either DishTv or Siti Cable ?:huh

ZEE don't owns anything directly, ESSEL Group is the Parent company they own ZEEL, ZMCL, dishtv, Siti Cable etc. it will only effect STAR / FIC either they sell percentage of TATA(SKY or % from STAR DEN.

Unlike Zee group which has 100 % share in Dish and Siti cable Star don't have controlling(Only 20%) share in Tatasky, Tata Group has. So this rule doesn't apply here. I don't know about Star DEN

I wants to repeat my words again ZEE don't owns dishtv and Siti Cable its a associate company like Sister Firm, ESSEL Group owns ZEE, dishtv and Siti Cable.
