transponder 2 is not comeing

dangal and  loksabha is not coming . so plz help my lovely friends  
all chennal r  comeing  like all ses8 , dish tv and all dd transponder but (Transponder-2) Frequency-11070 Symbol Rate-27500 Polarity-V FEC-3/4 r not come . seen just no signal . so help dear friends

edit the transponder details of ddfd the new trasponders are 11090,11170,11470,11510,11550 symbol rate 29500

my lnb frq is 5150 , and I try all transponder on sybol ret 29500 but just 1 transponder r miss . so what's metter dear experts friends
